You need to unban him, You are the only one who can unban him. He has been in our server for the last few weeks and I have not noticed anything strange about his playing style. And Truepk the reason why you were able to come back in was that I was redoing our ban system which allowed previous banned players to rejoin during the down time. Now that I reenabled it your previous ban was enforeced again in the system.
